Build Your Household OS

AI workflows for real family life

Welcome!

We're so excited to help you get the mental load out of your head and into a system where AI can pitch in. Everything from today's workshop lives here, and you have lifetime access to revisit it anytime.

Hilary Gridley | Product Leader (WHOOP, Dropbox, Big Health)

Everything I teach comes out of 15+ years of building consumer products and managing the teams behind them, most recently as Head of Core Product & AI at WHOOP, where I led the team responsible for the core member experience and AI coaching platform. Before that, I led Product & Design at Big Health, where I built FDA-cleared digital therapeutics. Earlier stops: Dropbox, Nike, DoSomething.org.

Audrey Sze | Strategy & Ops Leader (Pinterest, Meta)

My AI journey started with a simple goal: make life easier as a busy mom of three. Outside of family life, I'm Head of GTM Strategy & Operations at Pinterest, where I lead a multi-disciplinary team driving strategy, data, insights, and operational excellence across our GTM engine. Earlier at Pinterest, I shaped content strategy as part of BizOps — helping land a $100M Creators investment in 2022. Before that: Sales Ops at Meta and a short stint as a French macaron pastry chef.

Before the workshop

Before you start

We'll teach in Claude Code, using the Claude desktop app. Cursor or Codex can work too if you already use one. Prepare your app now; we'll create the Household OS folder together in class.

  1. Get a paid coding-agent subscription.

We recommend Claude Pro. You can also use an existing paid plan for Cursor or Codex. Check the setup guidance before choosing a plan.

  2. Download the desktop app.

Install the app on the computer you'll use for the workshop and sign in with the account that has your subscription.

  3. Get Claude Code ready.

Open the Code tab and find the Local folder chooser. Follow the setup steps →

Decide what you're comfortable sharing before connecting any personal accounts.

What we'll make together

What you'll leave with

Your Household OS folder. Useful context about your household and instructions for keeping it current.
A meal planner you can run again. A plan you've tested, saved instructions, and a path to grocery lists and cart filling.
A map for your next workflow. A practical method: start with one useful task, test it, then add the next.
